RFQ FORM FIELD MAP
Required: buyer name (short text), email (email), part/project (short text), revision (text or not assigned), quantities per release (positive whole-number list), material (text, Unknown allowed), finish (text, Unknown allowed).
Dates: quote due and required delivery are separate optional date fields.
Optional: company, annual forecast, drawing/model file references, targeted notes.
Controlled-data question precedes files. If controlled or uncertain, route to the shop's approved contact and transfer process; do not collect ordinary attachments.
HTML sample saves a local JSON summary and local filenames, with no upload. A website administrator must connect approved receiving/storage, validation, access, notification and retention before live file intake.
For Google Forms or another builder, preserve these field meanings and use the approved file-handling process rather than enabling unrestricted file collection.
Test: incomplete fields rejected; quantity list validated; controlled flag clears files and blocks ordinary summary; noncontrolled sample downloads correct JSON.
