How do I get the quote from my quoting software into ProShop?

Your part priced in about 90 seconds, no account.

Treat a ProShop handoff as export and controlled entry until a real ProShop instance proves an integration. QuotedPart's ProShop GraphQL code can obtain an OAuth token and inspect available mutations, but the create-contact and customer-PO mutation shapes are explicitly unverified and the push is behind a feature flag. Do not call that a native connector. Today’s defensible workflow is a CSV or Excel export, a field review, and manual creation or import in ProShop; Paperless Parts says it has a live ProShop integration and should be evaluated separately.

What is safe to say

ProShop's own integration page names Paperless Parts among its connected products and describes an ERP that covers estimating, production and quality. That is the vendor's current statement. QuotedPart can export the values needed for a handoff, but its attempted GraphQL mutations are not verified against a live ProShop tenant. The difference matters: an API client that can authenticate is not proof that it can create a customer PO correctly.

Use a test customer, part revision, quantity break, due date and outside process. Export the order, then have the ProShop administrator create the customer PO and work order while recording each field copied. If the shop later enables an integration flag, rerun the same test in a non-production tenant and compare the created records.

Three handoff choices

First, quote in ProShop itself. That is the cleanest record if its estimating module fits the shop and the estimator is comfortable maintaining the ERP data. Second, use a vendor with a documented live ProShop integration; Paperless Parts publicly names ProShop among its ERP integrations. Ask that vendor to show a real customer PO, part revision and routing in your instance. Third, export from QuotedPart as CSV or Excel and enter the accepted order in ProShop. The third path is not glamorous, but it is reviewable and does not promise an unverified write.

If the shop chooses CSV, define the owner and timing. The estimator should mark the order won; the planner should match the customer and part; the ProShop administrator should release the work order.

Do not automate the judgment calls

A connector should not silently choose whether a revision is a new ProShop part, whether an outside process is a routing step or a fee, or whether an ITAR part's notes may leave its approved boundary. Those choices belong to the shop's data owner. QuotedPart can keep ITAR parts in its ITAR vault and export the minimum order details needed for the handoff; ProShop's own security and compliance workflow must be evaluated separately.

The honest answer today is therefore: use a verified live integration from a vendor that documents one, or use a reviewed export/manual path. Revisit a direct QuotedPart push only after a real ProShop tenant accepts and displays the created records correctly.

Sources and limits

Claims are dated where they can change. Product calculations are examples from the stated inputs, not a promise about a customer's quote. Competitor wording is attributed to the source shown.
