- Who counts as a user?
- Nobody is counted. One price covers your whole shop: owners, estimators and viewers, as many as you need.
- What's included?
- Everything QuotedPart does, including JobBOSS and JobBOSS², CSV and Excel export, and the ITAR vault. There are no add-ons or feature tiers.
- Where is our data kept?
- In the United States, with our database provider Convex on AWS. Your team and our small support team can open your parts and quotes under our terms. See security and data handling and how the ITAR vault works.
- What happens after the trial?
- The trial lasts 14 days from sign-up and needs no card. After it, you keep quoting; sending a quote to a buyer asks for a card. You can export everything at any time.
- What is the founding price?
- The normal price is $399 a month for the whole shop. The first 20 shops to subscribe pay $199 a month instead and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed. No contract.
- How do I pay?
- By card through Stripe, billed monthly. Invoices and receipts are in the billing portal. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There is no minimum term. Cancel in Billing and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- Does the plan include the API, MCP server and learning?
- Yes. The plan includes the public API, MCP server, RFQ email intake and shop-specific learning from edits and actual hours. There are no add-ons.

What happens to your file
- It opens in a demo shop only your browser can get into. The files are stored encrypted on AWS in the US; only you and our small support team can open them, to run, support, secure or improve QuotedPart. Never sold, never used to train AI.
- A customer's print under an NDA? We keep it confidential under our terms (§10), so it's fine wherever your NDA allows software providers.
- ITAR or EAR? Not here: ITAR parts go in the encrypted vault after sign-up, at no extra cost. If the PDF or STEP file carries an ITAR or EAR marking, your browser stops and asks before anything uploads; a scanned drawing with no text can't be checked.
- The STEP or IGES model is measured in your browser. The PDF is read by Anthropic's Claude, which doesn't train on it. What it read shows next to the part. To check its accuracy, we keep that text in our analytics service (PostHog, EU, Frankfurt); the files never go there.
- Sign up from the demo and it becomes your trial shop. Unused demo shops may be deleted after 30 days, or email support@quotedpart.com and we delete it now.
