How much does CloudNC Quote Agent cost?

CloudNC publishes its prices. Manual quoting in Quote Agent is free with no user or usage limits. The AI agent is paid per part: Starter is $20 to $100 a month for 8 to 40 parts and is single-user. Professional is $200 to $1,000 a month for 83 to 416 parts, with multiple users. Each AI part costs $2.40 to $2.50, and parts over the plan cost $3.60 to $3.75. What you pay depends on how many parts you quote with the AI and whether one person or several do the quoting. The table below works that out from CloudNC's page, checked October 30, 2026.

The published plans
Everything in this section comes from CloudNC's Quote Agent page. The Free plan includes 3 AI parts a month plus 10 parts at signup, and needs no card. Annual billing is advertised as saving 20%, but the page lists no annual dollar amounts, so the figures below are monthly prices. Enterprise (volume pricing, single sign-on, enhanced security) is quoted by sales.
A "part" is a credit, not a quote. One component quoted uses 1 part, a DFM review uses 2 and quality ballooning with a first article inspection report uses 4. Manual mode uses none. A shop that runs DFM on every RFQ therefore spends three credits per component, not one.

What a month costs at your volume
The cost table at the end of this page takes each volume and finds the cheapest published tier, counting overage when that is cheaper than the next tier up. The single-estimator column may use any tier. The team column only uses Professional, because Starter is single-user. The 3-year column is 36 months of the team figure with no price change and no annual discount. It is meant for comparison, not as a forecast.
Credits change the picture. 40 parts a month with a DFM report on each is 120 credits, which costs $333.20 a month on Professional $200. A single estimator pays no more than $199 a month up to 66 AI part-credits. Every multi-user plan starts at $200 a month.
What the plans don't charge for, and what to ask
Manual quoting stays free, so a shop can enter its own estimates in Quote Agent and pay only when it wants the agent's plan, routing times and cost estimate. That is a real advantage for a shop that quotes few parts or wants to try the workflow before paying. CloudNC also generates DFM reports, ballooned drawings and FAI reports, which many quoting tools don't do at all.
Before you buy, check three things that the price page doesn't settle. First, how many parts a typical RFQ really has: an assembly with 12 components is 12 credits. Second, whether you will use DFM and FAI regularly. Third, whether your data can go to the tool: CloudNC says it does not recommend uploading export-controlled data.
- Count last month's RFQs by component, not by email.
- Multiply by 3 for every component that gets a DFM review, by 5 with ballooning and FAI too.
- Decide whether more than one person needs to log in: that moves you to Professional.
How it compares with flat and per-seat pricing
Per-part pricing suits low or uneven volume. Per-seat pricing, like Toolpath's Core plan at $40 a seat a month billed annually, suits a shop with one or two estimators quoting many parts. Flat per-shop pricing suits several people quoting a steady volume.
