Reply to an RFQ Email with a Priced CNC Quote (Gmail / Outlook) | Real Time
Connect the inbox RFQs arrive in, Gmail or Outlook, read-only, and each RFQ email becomes a priced quote by itself. Here a made-up RFQ email is dropped in instead: the customer, quantities and dates are read from the email, the STEP and PDF are measured and read, and the reply goes back with the quote.
- Part and inputs
- A made-up RFQ email (buyer Dana Example, example.com) with a STEP file and a PDF drawing of the NW-2210 drive shaft, a QuotedPart sample part, attached.
- What it shows
- The customer, the quantities 25 and 100 and the date needed come from the email itself. The STEP and the drawing pair into one line, measured, read and priced at both quantities, and the reply goes back to the buyer with the quote page and the PDF, or opens in Gmail or Outlook.
- Recorded on
- The live app at quotedpart.com, nothing sped up, on-screen text instead of a voice. Published on YouTube .
The guide that goes with it: AI agent that reads RFQ emails and drafts the quote.
