Quoting software that learns from your past quotes

Your part priced in about 90 seconds, no account.

QuotedPart learns from the shop's own quote edits and recorded actuals. When estimators retime operations or add a learned setup, the system can use those patterns on later estimates; actual hours can calibrate work-center timing. Your rules remain visible and editable.

What teaches the estimator

An estimator can change setup or run minutes, add an operation, change a material or process, and save the quote. Repeated, meaningful timing edits teach a work center's learned setup or run factor; one stray edit does not silently rewrite the catalog. The quote keeps the edited values and why they differ from the formula.

Won quotes become orders. Actual setup and run hours can be recorded or imported, then used to compare the formula with what happened on the job. A calibration view shows which work centers have usable actuals and the factor that would match them, so an owner can choose what to change.

Priced like you

The learned factors belong to one shop and work alongside its rates, material catalog, markup rules, quantity breaks and customer rules. A repeat job can reuse its part history and assumptions, while a new drawing still starts from measured geometry and the shop's configured routing. Learning does not copy another shop's prices or use customer data to train a public model.

Keep control

Learning can be turned off or reset in settings. A shop can inspect the learned factors, change formulas, and reprice an unsent quote after a catalog change. ITAR vault parts remain outside QuotedPart's normal AI reading; they are priced from the shop's own browser-side data or the shop's connected environment.

Questions about learning from quotes

Does QuotedPart learn from every quote?
It learns from eligible estimator edits and recorded actuals, with enough repeated evidence for a factor. Sample quotes and a single accidental change do not teach the catalog.
Is learning shared across shops?
No. Learned factors are shop-specific and work with that shop's own catalog, rates and rules.
