How much does MIE Trak Pro cost?

Your part priced in about 90 seconds, no account.

MIE Trak Pro does not publish a dollar price on the vendor pages checked October 30, 2026. MIE's public product material describes a broad ERP with quoting, routings, scheduling, work orders, inventory, quality and accounting, so the proposal is likely shaped by users, modules, deployment and implementation rather than a simple quote-only subscription. Budget it as a vendor proposal plus internal migration and training time. For comparison, QuotedPart publishes $199 per shop per month, but it is a quoting layer and not an MIE replacement.

What the public pages establish

MIE says its quoting functionality can personalize formulas, track win/loss and build quotes from true costing data. Its feature material describes RFQ assignments, approvals, detailed quotes with operations, BOMs and tooling, and sales orders created from RFQs. The same product family covers scheduling, work orders, purchasing, inventory, quality, reporting and accounting. Those modules are the reason a custom proposal is reasonable; they are also the rows a small shop must price separately.

A proposal should identify whether cloud or on-premise deployment is included, which users need access, whether accounting and quality are licensed modules, what implementation covers, and how historical customers, parts, routings and open jobs migrate.

Worked budgeting example

Suppose an illustrative proposal is $1,250 per month, implementation is $8,000, and the shop spends 64 internal hours at $55/hour ($3,520). The first-year cash-and-time view is 12 × $1,250 + $8,000 + $3,520 = $26,520. A three-year view is 36 × $1,250 + $8,000 + $3,520 = $56,520 before renewal changes, infrastructure or custom integrations. These are placeholders, not MIE prices. Replace every placeholder with a written proposal and your internal hours.

Compare the complete total with an alternative that publishes its boundary. QuotedPart is $199 × 36 = $7,164 before internal setup, but it only handles quote arithmetic, branded output and explicit handoff. The difference tells you what ERP scope is worth, not which product is cheaper.

Questions that prevent surprises

Ask whether MIE's quote-to-job path includes revisions, outside services, estimate-versus-actual reporting, customer portal access, quality records and accounting integration in your package. Ask for the renewal price, data export format, support response target and a reference shop with similar users and job mix. Finally, ask the vendor to show one historical job migrated from RFQ through shipment; a feature list cannot expose the cost of cleanup.

The honest answer to “how much?” is “not publicly listed.” Build the budget from a current proposal and the work your shop must do to make it useful.

Sources and limits

Claims are dated where they can change. Product calculations are examples from the stated inputs, not a promise about a customer's quote. Competitor wording is attributed to the source shown.
