GETMILK alternative: quoting software or a custom factory agent?

QuotedPart is a GETMILK alternative for the narrow job of turning shop RFQs into reviewed customer quotes at your rates. GETMILK's current offering is broader: its platform helps physical-product builders and manufacturing partners connect, and its agent service builds scoped factory workflows around existing systems. A custom ERP-connected agent and a standard estimating subscription buy different work. Choose the project boundary before comparing their prices.

Distinguish the platform from the service
GETMILK's home and AI-agent service pages were checked October 30, 2026. The platform emphasizes physical-product builders, suppliers and production partners in Portugal. The service page describes picking one workflow, connecting needed data, piloting on live work with human approval and then operating the result. Its terms say the customer owns code, data and documentation.
| Need | GETMILK’s published scope | QuotedPart’s relevant scope |
|---|---|---|
| Find manufacturing partners | Platform connects builders and suppliers, focused on Portugal | Not a supplier marketplace |
| Automate a local ERP workflow | Scoped agent with connected shop data and human approval | Standard estimating workflow; defined exports/handoffs |
| Draft routine shop quotes | Agent service may be scoped for RFQ intake/quote drafting | PDF/model input, editable rates and reviewed customer quotes |
| Own custom implementation | Service says code/data/documentation belong to customer | Hosted product subscription |
| Operate the result | Run/support plus model usage on service page | Monthly shop plan for the product workflow |
Normalize the custom-project budget without converting currencies
GETMILK's current service page lists a pilot from €3,900, an integrated agent from €7,900, and run/support from €190/month plus model usage, excluding VAT. Those are starting amounts and different service scopes; do not automatically add pilot and integrated-agent prices together. Request a written proposal defining whether the first stage is included in the next.
For a simple scenario, a €3,900 pilot plus 12 months at the starting €190 run/support rate equals €6,180 before model usage, VAT and additional scope. That is arithmetic on advertised starting amounts, not a binding first-year offer. QuotedPart's $199/month sums to $2,388 over 12 months for its standard product. Keeping euros and dollars separate avoids implying an exchange rate or like-for-like project saving.
Prove the data connection and approval boundary
If the requirement is to draft a quote using stock, customer history or an ERP-specific rule, show the supplier exactly which record and field controls the answer. Begin with read-only data where practical, make a person approve the output, and test a missing or contradictory record. GETMILK's service explicitly starts with human approval, which is a useful foundation for that project.
For an acceptance example, use ten synthetic RFQs: three repeat parts, three new drawings, two missing quantities and two drawing/BOM conflicts. Agree in advance which cases should create a draft and which should stop for clarification. Count complete drafts and appropriate stops separately. A system should not win a speed comparison by guessing a missing order quantity.
When each route is sensible
Choose a scoped agent project when the bottleneck depends on company-specific systems or data and you can fund ownership, validation and operation. That can be stronger than a fixed product for a specialized workflow. Choose standard quoting software when its existing input, review and output flow covers the problem. QuotedPart does not replace GETMILK's supplier-discovery platform or a custom agent's broader ERP work; test it only against the estimating task it performs today.
Sources and limits
Claims are dated where they can change. Product calculations are examples from the stated inputs, not a promise about a customer's quote. Competitor wording is attributed to the source shown.
